Lunch was SO much fun! We went to Harvest Thyme and my friend, Nikki had never been. She placed her order and I wasn’t even paying attention and we ended up ordering the same thing, the Turkey Hummus wrap. It was delish.
This place has a different kind of pasta salad every day. Today’s had mushrooms, red onions, bell peppers, and parmesan cheese. They only give you a little bit which is find by me since the wraps are rather large.
Nikki and I had a wonderful time talking. We have known each other since we were 14 or 15 and realized over lunch how LONG ago that was! We reminisced about our high school days and the the things we used to love. My, how we have changed. It’s beautiful to see how much each of us has matured and really become an adult. We have already tossed around a few ideas for getting together again in the near future.
Lunch was a nice break but it is now time to get back to studying. I am going to study for a good part of the afternoon, then break to pack and relax. Hope you are having a FABULOUS day!

I love having wraps because for me they are so filling.
I usually make wraps with La Tortilla Factory Lo-Carb Tortillas.
The burrito size is only 120 calories and like 10 grams of fiber. I fill it with turkey, veggies, red onion, and a drizzle of balsamic dressing on top! So good!
