I have been rather hungry lately! Maybe it’s the daily yoga? Not sure! Around 10:30 this morning I was starving and decided to have a large snack aka Lunch: Part 1.![]()
![]()
That’s 2% Fage with about 1 cup of thawed blueberries, granola and some coconut. It was delicious! It was what I was pondering for breakfast until the thought of melty peanut butter took over!
Lunch: Part 2 was a couple of hours later. Scrambled egg whites with red bell pepper and spinach and some extra sharp cheddar on a Rudi’s whole wheat wrap. Yum!
I also had this…unique…fruit. It’s a lemon plum and really weird lookin’!
Oh, and I obviously had these:
And maybe a couple more? It’s official, I am a chocoholic.
Off to conquer some more to do’s. I will probably post late tonight after my drive home! See you later =)
Oh and P.S. I added ANOTHER thing to my sidebar! There will now be a random quote every time you visit my page! Enjoy!

I’ve never had a lemon plum like that before!
I bet it is all the yoga!! It’s good for the bod!
Have a great afternoon!!
I love both lunch parts! I like eating in parts!
Also, I am a serious chocoholic too. Extreme!
I definitely thought those blueberries were chocolate chips…

Love the quote feature! What a great idea!
A lemon plum? Wow, there is some crazy stuff out in the produce aisle! I’d love to hear about how that tastes!

Lunch part 1 looked delicious! Tell me more about everything, please! And what kind of spinach do you use for your scrambles?
I love the quote feature, too! :) This is the one that was on my sidebar tonight, and I think it is so fitting for you in light of you following your heart with your yoga: “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”
Tina,
Thanks! I use Greenwise organic spinach. It’s yummy! I’m glad you liked the quote…I find that one fitting too =)
