Love that creative salad! I might have to recreate it with Tofurky:)

I make it a priority to eat local and organic. If I can't afford to buy all local or organic, I choose to spend the extra $$ on items that are known to absorb a lot of pesticide residue (peaches, strawberries, etc.) and buy conventional for things with a skin (oranges, avocadoes, bananas, etc.).

Lovely Kombucha info! That stuff is sooo good.
I buy organic frequently but not always. Just depends on what I can find. And my grocery bill is def horrendous. Oh well.

I've been wanting to buy more organic produce, but it's definitely pricey.

I just bought a grape kombucha today. I've tried strawberry and mango- next is going to be guava. I love these things. They are pretty spendy- but they have become the new item/reward that I treat myself to.
