I LOVE Eat,Pray,Love. I bought it last year and couldn't put it down once I started reading. It's such a fantastic book. It made me so happy. It's been on my "to do list" in the back of my mind to read it again... and again, and again! I could seriously read that book 10 times or more! I'm definitely going to read it again this year to refresh my memory. It was about this time last year that I first read it so it's about time!

Your oats look super yum. I didn't used to be a fan of oats, I'd try them now and then but since reading various blogs and seeing the brilliant idea of adding a tablespoon of nut butter I'm addicted! I love, love, love it!! I look forward to my bowl of oats EVERY single day! I usually have them for lunch, mix in some berries or a banana to the oats and top it off with a tablespoon of nice creamy nut butter. Wow. So amazing! I agree completely with the comments about nut butter... I've always loved it, when I was younger I almost had to tie myself down to not overindulge on naners with PB. Now that I've started eating PB again I'm so in love and notice how many wonderful things PB can be combined with... the possibilities are literally endless!

I agree, Real Housewives of NYC is some of my favorite trash TV. Makes me feel very self-righteous as a New Yorker, haha.

I really need to try your AB recipe :) I got so many nut butters in the mail yesterday though that I'll probably hold off until they're (somewhat) gone! I also have Eat, Pray, Love on audiobook and totally need to actually listen to it!
