Keepin’ it Simple.

by hungryyogini on April 9, 2009

I’m realizing more and more how much I love simple food. Not too crazy, and not to far from it’s original form. Just pure and simple. I knew I didn’t want oats this morning (gasp!) and was trying to think of something fun and creative to make, but when it came down to it, I just wanted something simple.

I toasted an Ezekiel cinnamon raisin english muffin and spread a generous layer of Maple Cinnamon Almond Butter on one half, and some Polaner All Fruit spread in Strawberry on the other half.  I had some FAGE 2% on the side…simple and perfect.

I love this fruit spread. It is so good and not too sweet at all. Yum! This is quickly becoming my new favorite breakfast.

Alright folks, I’m off. Have a fabulous Thursday…it’s almost Friday!

I’m definitely a Polaner All Fruit Jelly fan too.

I love that it’s only sweetened by fruit juices, not even refined sugars!
