About 8 minutes ago I was outside in the sunshine, beginning what I thought was to be a nice walk with Raleigh.
And this is what I’m currently looking at…
Yep, that’s Florida weather for ya!
Poor Raleigh…she’s so confused! Mom, why didn’t you take me for a walk?
Well, at least the weather held up nicely yesterday when it mattered! I spent the day poolside with friends, laughing and enjoying each others company. There was lots of food, including some salad leftover from S and K’s dinner the other night…
Pretty colors, huh? I stood in the produce section for a while trying to think of what vegetables would look pretty together. Yep, I shopped by color. Hey, it worked didn’t it?
Okay, the sun is back out…it’s like magic!
Have a great one!

Oh my god, that salad looks soooo good. Are those golden beets?! I love beets! Ok, I have to make this.
Wow, your rain looks like our monsoon season here in Tucson. I’m glad the sun is back out for you. But I don’t envy the humidity that must come along with it! :)
Yikes! Stay dry in that crazy weather! :)
AWESOME salad. I love all of the bright colors! Definitely getting in your vegetable variety.
BEAUTIFUL salad! Now I’m craving one…

The summer weather seems to have a mind of its own. So unpredicatable!
That salad is magnificent. Your cooking is almost too beautiful to eat. Have you ever thought about working on a cookbook, because I would like to buy it! :)

At the risk of sounding vege-dumb… What are the orange things???? ?:-)
