Holey, Moley, Me-oh-my.

I discovered my new favorite thing this weekend…

Yep, it’s my new spot. I needed “a moment” yesterday, so I took a drive around Gainesville and discovered a hidden treasure…Payne’s Prarie at sunset. Windows down, sunroof open, and some of my favorite tunes…nothing better.  I think I have said in a previous post that sunrise is my favorite…but now I just don’t know! It was quite beautiful.  It was exactly what I needed to approach the new week with a clear mindset and a fresh start.

The madness began bright and early this morning at my Debt and Money Markets class. Ahh yes, nothing like a morning full of calculating forward rates Wink

After class, I walked my errands. Yep, walked ‘em. I marched my little hiney just down the street to the bank after class, and took the long way back to the house. Cardio: check!  I have recently rekindled my love for smoothies, and treated myself to one when I got back to the house.

Just some unsweetened almond milk, chocolate brown rice protein powder, 1/2 a banana, and frozen raspberries. Mmmmm, delicious.

I hope you guys are having a fantastic Monday! I’ll leave you with one of my latest favorite songs. The lyrics to this are ADORABLE (and inspired the title of this post!). And I just love to watch the female singer…she’s so happy and alive!

Oh, home, let me go home! Home is wherever I’m with you  Open-mouthed

This view is breathtaking! Isn’t is amazing when you stumble upon something this magnificant? It really brings sense to almost anything in life.

Hope you are off to a great week! :)

That’s what I love about college towns – the ability to walk everywhere and fit your exercise in while doing errands!

I don’t know what is more beautiful – that sunset or your raspberry smoothie. :)

Love walking my errands – did a little bit of that myself today along with my 2 pups.

Can’t get the YouTube clip to work as our Internet is being so fickle at the moment. I’ll have to check them out on iTunes.

Wow, you are so cute! I just discovered your blog and I LOVE IT! I did a search about Ayurveda and the fruit/yogurt combination and that is how I got here. Funny enough, I just discovered that Edward Sharp song recently too (just bought the CD online…anxiously awaiting for its arrival!) and I’m stoked on it too.

I really relate to your bio/life story/philosophy on food and yoga. You’re awesome. Keep it up. I can’t wait to read more!

Courtney that is a very catchy tune. I think I need to find somewhere to refocus my week. Right now I’m thinking of ways to “get out” of my run. And that is certainly not the right mind frame.

I LOVED THAT VIDEO!!!! What a cute band! They are so full of LIFE! I just showed my two best friends this clip/the lyrics… we are obsessed! Have you ever heard the band I’m From Barcelona? They are so happy and their music always makes me smile! They’re a Swedish band with 30+ people!

Always check out their song “treehouse” …soooo cute! I heard it playing in Anthropologie once and that’s how I found the band!
