My first attempt at raw pizza was pretty good. I started with the Easiest Crust recipe from Living on Live Food that I made yesterday,
then added some raw marinara sauce (sun-dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, fresh basil and parsley),
and some yellow squash and portabella mushrooms.

I have to admit that I was slightly sad when the Raw Wednesday Challenge was over! It was great to have a reason to try a new raw recipe every week. I think I needed the “deadline” of every Wednesday, ya know? Otherwise I would just keep saying “Oh, I’ll get to it.”
